Have an extended warranty or service contract? Bring your car to us. We deal with the warranty company and tell you what is covered before any work starts.
How it works
- 1. Tell us about your warranty. Give us the company name and contract number, or just bring the paperwork.
- 2. We diagnose the car. We document the problem with photos and notes.
- 3. We handle the claim. We call the warranty company, send what they ask for, and meet their inspector if they send one.
- 4. You approve the work. We tell you what is covered and what you will pay. Nothing gets fixed until you say yes.
- 5. We fix it. The warranty company pays us directly for covered work. You pay your deductible and anything you approved that was not covered.

What you will pay
The warranty company decides what is covered, not us. Your share is usually the deductible plus anything your contract does not cover, like maintenance and wear items. You will know every dollar before work starts.

FAQ
Can I use my extended warranty at an independent shop?
Most service contracts allow any licensed repair shop. Call us with your contract and we will confirm.
What about my factory warranty?
Factory warranty repairs are done at the dealer. You can still get your maintenance done here without voiding it, as long as it is on schedule and documented.
How long does it take?
Longer than a regular repair. Plan on several days, and a few weeks for big jobs.
Day 1: We diagnose the car, build the estimate in the format your warranty company requires, and open the claim. That first call can take hours, and they often ask for more photos, video, or pricing changes.
Day 2 and after: We send in the final estimate. The warranty company can take a day to a few days to decide, and longer if they send an inspector. We call you as soon as we hear.
Once it is approved: We order parts and do the repair. Depending on your contract, parts may be factory or aftermarket, which affects how fast they arrive. Engines, transmissions, and factory parts can take days or even weeks.
What if only part of the repair is covered?
We will go over your options. Often we can do the covered work now and you can decide on the rest later. Sometimes parts have to be replaced together to fix the problem. Then it is all or nothing: you pay for the part that is not covered, or skip the repair.
What if my claim is denied?
We will tell you why. You can have the work done here, do part of it, or take the car as is. We go over the cost with you before anything is done.
Do I need maintenance records?
Sometimes. If we have done your maintenance, we already have them.
